Honeymoon Pictures

For our Honeymoon we went up to Logan and spent a few days at the Anniversary Inn. It was really fun just being able to be alone together for that first week before we had to get back to life, work and everything else.

Wedding Pictures

The photographer that we had for our wedding did not do a very good job, which was very disappointing so most of the pictures that we do have are snapshots given to us by different people. Thank you to whoever gave us copies of the pictures that you took.

Engagement Pictures

My mom actually took all of our engagement pictures and she did a really good job. We had three different shoots. One was during the Winter, and then Shaun wanted to be a Cowboy, and then I wanted to go to Antelope Island. I don't know if I have a favorite though. I like certain pictures from each one. Thanks Mom!

The Beginning.....

I had just returned home from my mission to Albuquerque, NM at the beginning of June 2005. Shaun's family of six sons had moved into a house in my parents neighborhood while I was gone. Now that I was finished with my mission, it was time to start looking for a boy to spend the rest of my life with. But not just any boy would catch my eye. There was only one that would spark my interest, and it could only be Shaun McBride. We started hanging out in the month of August, and had become boyfriend/girlfriend by September. Shaun popped the big question on Christmas morning in front of the Christmas tree, while his family waited in a nearby bedroom to see what my answer would be. Of course it was "Yes." It was an exciting next few months as we planned our wedding and continued to get to know each other at the same time. We were married in the Salt Lake City Temple on April 6, 2006 and started the rest of our lives together. And our lives have been crazy ever since! We got pregnant fairly quickly with our daughter who was born on March 2, 2007 whom we named Jocelyn Aliyah McBride. And so our story begins.....
